Wedding Ceremony Package

Is the wedding ceremony being performed at the banquet hall?

BB’s Best is a full service DJ Service that has romantic wedding music as well as the traditional instrumental wedding ceremony music. The ceremony planner and phone consultation will assure the arrangement of every detail so your wedding ceremony will be an unforgettable event. In addition to the ceremony music, I also offer a lapel microphone to be used by the officiant of the ceremony, another lapel microphone to be used on the groom so the vows can be heard along with a third microphone to be used for any readings. Two additional hours are added onto the 7 hour standard package for a total of 9 hours when BB’s Best is utilized for the ceremony. I will work hand in hand with the banquet hall, photographer, officiant, and any other individual involved to ensure your ceremony runs smoothly. Musicians for the Ceremony

The Ceremony Package offered by BB’s Best includes a soundboard with full capability for the musicians and soloists to use for all their sound needs.  The use of BB’s Best Ceremony Package equipment by the musicians comes at NO additional cost to you or the musicians.

Supplied by BB’s Best for the Musicians:

  • Soundboard has the capability for 2 instruments  
  • Two wired microphones for soloists
  • Two microphone stands (1 vertical & 2 boom stands offered)
  • Two speakers for all the sound needs

Musician(s) will need to bring the following items:

  • Instrument 
  • Music stand for sheet music 
  • Extension cords
  • 1/4 inch cable for connection into BB’s Best soundboard (min. 15ft or longer depending how far away the musician is setup from BB’s Best soundboard)
  • Any additional cords for connections
  • Any instrumental music for soloist played from BB’s Best laptop  (Mp3 file must emailed to BB’s Best at least one week before wedding day)

DJ Bob was just phenomenal. He knew exactly what he was doing and was so organized and detail oriented.  We sincerely appreciated his ceremony and reception planners. They were so detailed right down to the smallest of things, so nothing was forgotten. Bob took the time to ensure that he knew exactly how to pronounce the names of the entire wedding party, so no one was mispronounced.

The DJ at a wedding really can make or break the evening. Bob made our day absolutely wonderful. He illuminated confidence in his work and made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it. When I was busy enjoying the night, Bob made sure that we were keeping our schedule and everyone was in their correct place at the right time.

He is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend his services for any event!! We received so many compliments from guests at how great he was. Bob really took our wedding day to the next level.
